Reservation of the car doesn’t work? Because of the recent change of payment gate, you have to re-upload your payment info to our app:
In the app’s menu click on payments and then button ADD CARD. If the button is not working, download the newest version of our app in Google Play/App Store.
You will be redirected to payment gate from UniCredit Bank, where you need to fill your card number, card validity and verification code, which you will find at the back of your card, next to the field for signature.
You will receive an SMS from your bank with authorization code or verify the transaction in your internet/mobile banking. This step is different for each bank.
During the verification, we will not take money from your account, the payment is 0 CZK.
