What measures did you put in place to stop the virus from spreading?

We do not take the situation lightly which is why our drivers regularly clean and disinfect our cars. We have also added a bottle with disinfectant to each of our cars. 

For your protection and protection of others, always wear something to cover your mouth and use gloves.

Are there any restrictions in place based on the virus spreading?

We believe that individual transportation can stop the virus from spreading. That is why our cars are still available for all of our customers. They can only experience some discomfort as they are asked to cover their mouth and nose and use the disinfectant we have placed in our cars.

Registration
How to use the service?

Anyone is welcome to use Anytime as long as they are not less than 18 years old.

Your driver's license for B category must have been valid for at least 6 months.

 

We accept driver’s licenses issued in the European Union (EU) - Belgium Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,  the UK as well as the European Economic Area (EEA) countries- Island, Liechtenstein, Norway. We also accept driving license issued by USA, Canada, Switzerland, Andorra, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

 

All other driver's licenses are valid for 6 months from first entry in the EU country. Non-EU/EEA driver's licenses must be accompanied by a certified translation (or an International Driver's Permit), a passport, proof of residency in the EU country, and proof of date of entry into the EU country (e.g. boarding pass, entry visa, proof of residence).

For driving, the International Driving Permit (IDP) is valid as long as the license authorises you to drive in the EU country. However, the IDP is not a substitute for your original driver's license. You'll need to have your passport and a valid driver's license with you when you drive Anytime.

 

What is Anytime carsharing?

Anytime provides hundreds of vehicles that can be rented in Prague or Kladno, available 24/7 through our app.

 

No registration fee and reservations are required!

 

You can make your trips within the designated Permitted Area- which is the borders of the Czech Republic - and you can use the vehicle for as long as you like, without committing to a specific return time. You can end your trip in any authorized parking space within the Anytime Home Area - city of Prague and Kladno - as displayed in the application.

 

Don't worry about late return fees! With Anytime, you pay as you go, and our by-the-minute pricing and pricing packages include the costs for fuel, insurance, parking, and maintenance. 

How to register?

Before start using the service it's requested to sing up through Anytime carsharing application:

 

For registration you will need:

·         first and last name

·         your mobile phone number

·         e-mail

 

You also need to take a photo using the mobile application of the following documents:

·         front and back side of the identity card

·         front and back side of driver's license

·         selfie with your identity card

 

Make sure that all attached documents and photos are displayed clearly, without glare. The following information must be fully visible on the selfie with identity card:

·         name, surname, date of birth

·         ID number (if applicable)

Why cannot I upload photos from my phone?

In order to avoid copying other people's personal data, documents can be photographed only through a mobile application.

How to get verification code?

When you sign in the Anytime carsharing app, you will be requested to enter your cell phone number. An SMS message with a unique sequence of characters will be sent to your cell phone number.

How long does it take to verify all sent documents?

As a rule, the documents are verified within15 minutes, if you did everything correctly. According to the results of the verification, we will inform you about the activation of your account by sms and e-mail. If your activation takes longer, please contact us by mail info@anytimecar.cz

How can I pay?

You can pay with your credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA) which can be attached in the profile in the mobile application in the "Bank cards" section soon after you finish with sign up.

When attaching your credit card, you must specify the number, first name and last name as indicated on the card, the expiration date and CVC code. Optionally, you can attach multiple credit cards. Please note that your credit card must be open for online transactions, and it must also have a minimum amount of 5 CZK.

Where can I find the Terms and Conditions of the service?

There are General Terms and Conditions which you can review at your leisure.

What is included in my membership?

It is completely free of charge to become a member of Anytime carsharing.

 

You pay by-the-minute only when you use the vehicle. No additional fees and payments.

 

The following are included with your membership:  24/7 customer support,  Road taxes, Fuel, Insurance, Free parking in approved areas - so called blue and velvet zones. Vehicle maintenance, Cleaning.

When can I start using the service?

You’ll be able to drive once you receive an email and sms from us letting you know your membership has been approved. Please keep in mind that it takes 15 minutes as a rule.

How to download app?

You can download the Anytime Carsharing CZ mobile app for IOS devices in the AppStore search and for Android devices in Google Play search.

About the cars
What kind of vehicles does Anytime use?

We provide for the per minute and daily rent Toyota Yaris Hybrid with automatic transmission.

 

We will update and increase our fleet with other brands of vehicles. You can follow all the changes on the anytimecar.cz

Are the Anytime vehicles insured?

Yes. All Anytime vehicles are covered by third party liability insurance. These fees are already covered in our prices.

What is the amount of my liability in case of accident caused by me?

The amount of participation is 4.999 Czech crowns with the "Safety" rate and 14.999 Czech crowns with the "Standard" rate.

Is there booster chair in the vehicle?

There are no booster chairs or child seats in the vehicles, but an independent installation of your booster chair is foreseen.

What kind of equipment do you provide in each Anytime vehicle?

All our hybrid vehicles are equipped with the following features: automatic transmission, start-stop system, air conditioning, multimedia system, front airbags, ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System). Additionally, some Anytime vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth technology and charging cables for your phone.

Can I charge my smartphone in the car?

Our cars are equipped with USB sockets. As long as you have a USB cable with you, you can always charge your personal devices on the go.

Can I reserve the vehicle in advance?

Yes. Using the Anytime carsharing app, you can easily find and reserve a car for 20 minutes for free. You can reserve 1 vehicle at a time and only first reservation is free of charge before you start the rent.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes. You can cancel a reservation without any charges using the Anytime carsharing app only once before the rent. Next  reservations during 24 hours are charged at the Stanby rate.

Do I have to do an inspection of the vehicle everytime I start the rent?

We ask you to carefully examine the car before the start of the rental. All damage must be reported at the start of the trip to avoid liability.  If the car has any damage or it is not clean, it is necessary to take a picture of the damage through the app.   

If the damages are major, it's best to call  777 363 363

Flat tire? Report flat tires before or during a trip to 777 363 363  and we will help you locate another vehicle. Never drive on a flat tire as you can be held liable for any extended damages.

Are the vehicles equiped for winter?

Anytime vehicles include snow tires for winter season, ice scrapers, and even heated seats! So you're always prepared to enjoy your trip during winter season.

How to use
My phone number has changed, what shall I do?

To change your phone number you need to write an email to  info@anytimecar.cz, attaching your selfie with your identity card and provide your new phone number.

How to book / rent a car?

You may select and make reservation of any available car through the mobile application Anytime Carsharing CZ. The car will be booked for 20 minutes for free to enable you to get to the car. The car will remain booked for you even after 20 minutes, however it will be automatically switched to the paid mode and the “Waiting” rate will apply.  

 

Before you start the rent, make sure you have enough funds on your bank card to pay for the rent . If you have insufficient amount on your card, then you can add more money in the meantime.

 

You can reserve 1 vehicle at a time. 20 minutes free reservations can be used before every drive.  

 

However in case of cancellation of your reservation, for the next 24 hours your reservations will be charged with the “Stanby” rate. 

Where are the documents for the car?

Documents for the car (registration certificate for the car, insurance policy) and fuel cards are in the glove box.

 

In case of absence of documents or fuel cards, please report about absence  trough the application, or call 777 363 363

Where are the keys?

You don't need the key to open the car and start the rent – the car can be opened by using mobile application Anytime Carsharing CZ.

 

To start the engine you need to accept the car by pressing “Start Rent” button in mobile application Anytime carsharing CZ and than you shall press Start/Stop button in the car.

Where can I drive?

You can move within the Permitted Area (territory of the Czech Republic).

You may check boundaries of the Permitted Area on the map in your mobile application Anytime carsharing CZ.

 

It is prohibited to use the car for training purposes, to participate in competitions, for towing, for driving off-road.

Can I drive to another city with Anytime?

Yes. You can drive to another city with Anytime to visit other cities and park there by switching your car to a “Waiting” mode.

 

However your trip must always end in the Home Area.

 

You may not leave the country with Anytime car. We recommend that you check boundaries of the Permitted Area on the map in your mobile application Anytime carsharing CZ.

Can I drive to another country with Anytime?

Unfortunately, you cannot. You may not use Anytime carsharing to drive to another country. Leaving the country will result in a fine. We recommend that you check boundaries of the Permitted Area on the map in your mobile application Anytime carsharing CZ.

What is a Home Area? Can I drive outside of it?

The Home Area is our operating area, in which Anytime vehicles free-float around the city of Prague and Kladno and where the rent can be finished.

 

You can drive to another city with Anytime to visit other cities but your trip must always start and end in the same Home Area, which is Prague and Kladno. You may not leave the country with Anytime. We recommend that you check boundaries of the Permitted Area on the map in the mobile application Anytime carsharing CZ.

How to finish car rental?

To finish the rent, you need to park the car according to the traffic rules within the Home Area on a place with free access to public, within free parking zone or on so called “blue” or “violet” zones.

 

Please check whether all windows, trunk and doors are closed, then move the automatic transmission lever to the “P” position, turn off the ignition by pressing "Start/Stop" button in the car. Go out from the car and close the doors, press in the App “Finish” button. Anytime will thank you by blinking headlights. Make sure the car is locked by checking the door handle.

I cannot finish the rent

Before you finish the rent you need to check:

 

1. Whether you are within the Home Area

2. Do you have an Internet connection on your mobile device

3. Whether doors, windows, a trunk are closed

4. Whether the automatic transmission lever is in the "P" position

5. Is the engine off

How to fuel the car?

For your convenience, we provide a prepaid fuel card in each Anytime vehicle so you can refuel for free.

 

Just make sure you contact our operator on 777 363 363 otherwise we could not pay for refuelling.

 

When you refuel the car in accordance with our operators instructions you get 15 free minutes as a bonus

Can I drive Anytime on highways

Yes, Anytime cars are able to go on the highways without a problem since they are equipped with the vignette sticker.

What should I do if I've lost or found an object in Anytime car?

All lost and found items should be reported to 777 363 363.

 

We will try to help you with the return of the forgotten item and we'll determine with you whether you should put the found items into the trunk or if we should secure the vehicle and send someone to recover it. In case of dangerous items, we'll determine with you if the item should be reported to the police.

 

Please note that we do not recommend leaving your personal belongings in the car, even if you leave the car in "Standby" mode. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the car. Anytime doesn't assume liability for items left behind in a Anytime vehicle. So, be good and report found items right away.

Are there any mileage restrictions?

If you chose per minute car rental pricing, then there are no restrictions, you pay only per minutes.

If you rent a car with houly tariff you get free milage based on selected tariff. Extra mileage is paid separately.

What happens when I get caught on camera by a speed trap?

It's a pitty if it happens.  The authorities will probably contact us for the name of the member driving that specific car at that point in time.

 

We will then have no choice but to hand drivers details to the authorities and the driver will have to pay the fine. If it happens that we have to pay the find for such driver, we will then request reimbursement.

What are the other fees and charges?

For the most part, trips will start and end smoothly for yourself and the next passenger, however, there are some costs occasioned by improper use. These fees are designed to keep the service running smoothly for everyone in the community. This way, everybody benefits in the end.  All other fees and charges you can find in General Terms and Conditions.

What shall I do if the car was evacuated?

In case of evacuation of the car due to your fault, you pay the fine in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. You need to call our 777 363 363 to clarify the address and provide cooperation to get the car back.

Can I smoke inside the car?

It's strictly prohibited to smoke in our cars including e-cigarettes, hookahs, and wipes.

 

There is a fine of 1000 CZK and compensation of damages connected with chemical cleaning of the interior in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Can I share my Anytime account?

Unfortunately, not. Each user shall have its own account.

 

If you know someone who wants to use Anytime, please have them register and drive using their own account. You may invite your friends to drive our cars through Anytime carsharing CZ application by sending an invitation from section “Free rides” of the application. In addition to a link to download of the application you also send them your promo code. If they register you and your friend will get 20 minutes for free.

 

Please note that it is strictly prohibited to transfer driving to other persons. For the transfer of control you will be fined according to the General Terms and Conditions.

Can my pet ride with me?

Transportation of animals is allowed only in airline-approved pet carriers, ensuring the absence of direct contact of animals with cars. Transportation of large animals in the car is prohibited. Charges can be applied if there is fur left in the vehicle.

Can I carry bulky cargo during the rent?

Transportation of bulky cargo is prohibited.

What should I do if my identity card or driver's license has changed?

In case of changes in the identity card or driver's license, please send a new document to us at info@anytimecar.cz

Account
How do I access my account?

You can access to your account and  update payment information, and view recent trips by logging with your cell phone number through the Anytime application.

How can I edit my personal details?

To prevent identity theft and fraud, personal details can't be changed online. To change your personal details  email a scanned copy of the changed  personal detail to info@anytimecar.cz. Attach a copy of your marriage certificate, civil partnership certificate or name change certificate and a selfie with your ID card.

How do I view my recent trips?

All recent trip details can be found within the Anytime app under "My rides" in your profile.

What should I do if my driver's license information has changed?

To prevent identity theft and fraud, driver's license information can't be changed online.

 

To change your driver's license information  email a scanned copy of the changed  driver's license to info@anytimecar.cz. Attach a copy of your driver's license and a selfie with your driver´s license.

 

Please contact Customer Care Services as soon as possible to update your driver's license in your user account.

Parking
Where can I park the car?

With Anytime, you can park in accordance with the traffic rules. During parking switch the car to a paid Waiting mode in your mobile application Anytime Carsharing CZ. In this mode car is reserved for you. 

Parking in the Waiting mode is permitted on the condition that the Client pays the parking fee according to traffic signs.

If you decide to finish the rent you can leave the car within Home Area. It is not allowed to finish the rent on underground parking lots, on sidewalks, in closed or specialized parking, in private parking, in places where there is no access to the GPS system or to the Internet, in parking spaces for disabled people, for trucks, on the territory of a paid parking, which is not included in the zone of a legal, public street parking, as well as behind barriers. You can also finish the rent within the blue or violet zone.

Can I park the car on paid parking?

With Anytime, you can park for free in legal, public street parking in so called blue and purple parking zones.

 

If you decide to finish the rent you can leave the car for free in legal, public street parking within Home Area which is highlighted in the application.

 

Please note that it is not allowed to finish the rent on underground parking lots, on sidewalks, in closed or specialized parking, in private parking, in places where there is no access to the GPS system or to the Internet / mobile communication, in parking spaces for disabled people, for trucks, on the territory of a paid parking, which is not included in the zone of a legal, public street parking, as well as behind barriers.

Can I park in a shopping mall or any other private car park?

You can park in a shopping mall or any other private car park only if:

1. You pay for the parking fees yourself.

2. You don't end your rental inside the car park.

3. There is access to the GPS system and to the Internet

4. Upon visiting the shopping mall You return the car to a blue or violet zone or another free parking zone in accordance with traffic rules within Domestic Area.

Can I park without ending the rental?

In case you need the car and you don't want to finish the rent you can park without ending rental in a paid Standby mode.

 

Just lock the car through the application Anytime carsharing CZ and switch it to a Standby mode. The car will remain at your disposal. 

How do I know if I am outside the Home Area?

You can always view your location and the Home Area in the Anytime app.

What happens if an Anytime I parked is ticketed or towed?

You are responsible for any fines assessed during or after your trip if you improperly park the vehicle or leave it in an unauthorized area. In addition to the fines and/or tickets, you may also be responsible for Anytime service fees.

If I pick up Anytime in a private parking area, I am allowed to return it to the same place?

If you find an Anytime car in unauthorized parking, please call our 777 363 363 so we can remind the previous user of our parking policy.

Payment
How to pay for the rental?

The payment is made according to your rate.

 

The funds are automatically deducted from the bank card previously attached to your profile in the mobile application, so please make sure that you have money on the card before the start of the rent. It is allowed to use only bank cards of the VISA and MASTERCARD payment systems with the possibility of making Internet payments.

 

For payment using a bank card and other issues related to the service, you can call the following number:  777 363 363. In case you do not pay the bill within 24 hours, you will be charged a penalty in the amount of 0.05 % of the outstanding amount for each day of delay in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Are there any recurring membership fees?

No membership fees apply in Anytime. You only pay for the trips you make.

What happens if my payment fails?

If the amount due can't be debited, your Anytime account will be temporarily locked. In case you do not pay the bill within 24 hours, you will be charged a penalty in the amount of 0.05 % of the outstanding amount for each day of delay in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Can I pay an outstanding amount with different credit/debit card after the invoice has been issued?

You can attach another credit/debit card to you account in the profile through the mobile phone application Anytime carsharing CZ.

 

If you need more information concerning settlement of the amounts due and payable, please contact our Customer support at 777 363 363.

What shall I do if my Anytime account got locked?

This means your default payment profile had insufficient funds at the time of billing.

 

Don't worry, your Anytime account will be unlocked as soon as the outstanding amount has been paid.

 

In case you do not pay the bill within 24 hours, you will be charged a penalty in the amount of 0.05 % of the outstanding amount for each day of delay in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

When will my credit/debit card will be debited?

Credit/debit cards are debited as soon as the due and payable amount reaches 200 Czech crowns or as you finish your rent.  

Which minute rent applies after my Anytime package ends?

If you book a package and your trip takes longer than the package, the Standard minute rate will apply (see price list).

How do I earn Anytime credit?

You can get Anytime bonus easily

 

1.       Invite a friend:

If you know someone who wants to use Anytime, please have them register and drive using their own account. You may invite your friends to drive our cars through Anytime carsharing CZ application by sending an invitation from section “Free rides” of the application. In addition to a link to download of the application you also send them your promo code.

 

If they register you and your friend will get 20 minutes for free.

The number of invitations is not limited.

 

2.       Fuel the car

When you add fuel to our car in accordance with instructions of our Client service operator you get 15 minuts as bonus.

 

Just make sure you contact our operator on 777 363 363 otherwise we could not pay for refuelling

You may follow the the ballance yof your bonus account in your mobile appliocation Anytime Carsharing CZ.

Force majeure
What should I do if I have had an accident

Dial 112 immediately and wait until the accident has been processed by the police. Also, call 777 363 363 and inform them about the accident. You can always find the Hotline number in the app.

I got a flat tire or the car broke down. What should I do?

In the event of a vehicle malfunction, or you got a flat tire or other damage occurred, please contact 777 363 363 and send photos to email: info@anytimecar.cz 

How much will I have to pay if I get into an accident?

 

If you are not guilty of an accident and did not violate the terms of the Agreement, there is no financial responsibility.

 

If you are guilty of an accident, but at the same time did not violate the terms of our General Terms and Conditions, then the amount of liability depends on the chosen rate before you started the rent. You can find out more about the size of the liability in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

What should I do if I get stopped by the police?

If asked to do so by the police, show your driver's license and the vehicle registration. You can find a copy of the vehicle registration in a glove compartment.
